What are the available means of payment for prepaid customers?

Prepaid customers can credit their account using two means of payment. You can either charge your account directly from the web interface using your company credit card or credit your account with a direct bank transfer.

How do I credit my account?

You can top up your account balance at any time on our web interface, paying with your company credit card. Just click on your account balance at the top left to get started. All credit card payments are secured using the 3D Secure protocol.

You can also credit your account with a bank transfer for any amount over $100. Contact our billing service to do so.

How can I switch to postpaid?

Postpaid status is available to any customer after a credit check. If you want to switch to postpaid, contact our billing service to get the process started.

What are the available means of payment for postpaid customers?

We offer two means of payment for postpaid customers. You can either pay us by bank transfer upon the reception of the bill or opt for pre-authorized debit.

The documents required to set up the pre-authorized debit vary per country.

  • Europe: a SEPA mandate (Single Euro Payments Area) and your company bank account's IBAN are required
  • Other countries: please contact our billing service.
