What are Address Book and Blacklist? Why are they distinct?
Address Book and Blacklist are lists of contacts. They are .csv files containing one contact per line while the first line is used for data headers. Both are operated using the same API methods and formatted the same way.
Blacklists are generated using your address book: recipients who responded with an unsubscribe input (stop message or 0-press) are added to the blacklist associated with the campaign.
Are there any limits to the number of address books and blacklists I can upload?
There are no limits to the number of address books and blacklists you can have. You can upload address books of any size up to 8 Mb.
