Setting up your first Trunk Group
With your CALLR account, you can manage your SIP trunks and IAX accounts. Your authorized SIP addresses are handled by "trunk groups". A common number format is used for the whole group and you can enable or disable each address and set-up IP-specific account codes if needed.
==> If you need more information about how numbers are handled, please check Numbers at CALLR.
Trunk groups are handy to structure your outbound and inbound activities. You can adjust channels and call per seconds at the account-level if needed and enforce channel limits on a trunk group basis.
A Telecom infrastructure
CALLR goes beyond just managing your trunks and provide you with all the tools you need to take back control over your comms. Beyond pure outbound and inbound calling, we support real-time and call-tracking apps as well as SMS origination and termination through our API.
You can manage your numbers, see your analytics and check the logs straight from our platform. Feel free to explore our knowledge base to learn more about how to harness CALLR's potential.
